Pricing
All services are provided based on individual quotations depending on the scope of work. Base rate for Lighting services including full lighting kit is ¥120,000 + tax

All additional fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase of service. Delivery fee of service ¥0

Payment Methods
Bank Transfer / Credit Card (Stripe)

Payment Timing
Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice or at the time of agreement.
Full upfront payment may be required depending on the project or client.

Service Delivery Timing
Services are delivered according to the agreed schedule and project timeline.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 7 to 3 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the quoted fee

  • 2 days before or same day: 100% of the quoted fee

No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the fee.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative and production services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

Payments & Outstanding Balances

If payment is not received by the due date, services may be paused and/or delivery may be withheld.

In cases of non-payment or refusal to pay, legal action may be taken.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

Use of any materials prior to full payment is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

While every effort is made to deliver services as agreed, delays or changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such events.
